Our aim is to make the delivery process a smooth and pleasant experience for you. We deliver all 365 days in a year because customer satisfaction is over than anything else. Your orders will be delivered by best courier partners.
Please note that orders will only be processed after payment has been received. We will not dispatch any orders without full payment under any circumstances.
Estimated delivery time:
We will dispatch your order in 2 working days. The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product in siggisfoods.com. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 4 - 5 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
Orders are sent by courier to an attended address. If the package is returned to us by the courier for any reason you will be responsible for an additional delivery fee to resend the order, unless it is our mistake. Orders are sent at the recipient’s risk. Liability and title of the goods passes to the recipient when the parcel is dispatched. The siggisfoods.com has no control or responsibility after this point.

Return Policy:
All food items are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product.
However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
All non edible items are eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition while return. siggisfoods.com absorbs the courier cost to return the product only if its damaged, defective or different item delivered. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund / replacement.
Refund Policy:
If siggisfoods.com is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability, etc caused due to non-delivery.
We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.
If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase, please allow 7 to 15 working days for the credit to appear in your account, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over this.
